What Happened to Feeling Good?

There are days when it feels like you could take on almost anything that comes your way, and by the next day you might feel reluctant, irritable, and lack motivation.  Ok, what just happened?  Yes we all have those days however when this becomes the repetitive pattern for you it can take its toll on your mood and motivation. Next these feelings interfere with trying again for example, why try it probably won’t work out anyways, or I’m not good at that I’ll just settle for the same old same old, it’s easier.  Now you feel limited in what you think you can accomplish and you might begin to feel quite frustrated and depressed.  It would be a mistake to stop and settle for those scenarios because in my opinion something inside of you is holding you back whether you are aware of it or not.

People get stuck at all different points in their lives and usually need some sorting out of what the causes are.  Psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis are the tools that assist me to help you.  I have been in both and have had different types of psychotherapy however these are what have helped me tremendously. Your life is important and if you don’t think so then you can benefit from these forms of treatment even more.  Don’t wait.
