Find Your Passion Through Psychotherapy

What are you most passionate about?  Have you thought about what you would really like to do? I am a psychotherapist, and my work entails helping people to see themselves in their true light – all the positives, negatives, strengths and weaknesses, – so their true inner selves can grow and blossom, and their dreams can become a reality.

royal oak therapistThink of what you would really like to do, what are you most passionate about?  Have you taken any steps toward making it a reality?  Even though it may be a longer term goal or dream, why not move in that direction?  If you have trouble keeping this positive goal in mind, think and figure out what it is that gets you stuck, and try to work through it.  Many people have negative thoughts like, oh, it’s too much of a dream, it can never be a reality.  Or, I don’t think I can do it, I don’t have the skills, time, money, etc., the number of negative roadblocks can be endless.

I see it differently and I believe we need to challenge ourselves and just move toward our goals, resulting in an opening up our strengths, talents, passion, vitality and wisdom!  Don’t let yourself slide into the well maybe tomorrow I’ll do something syndrome, take a step today, tomorrow, and the next and continue.  The momentum will help re-charge your enthusiasm and excitement.
